There were some issues with the children's meals. Guests mentioned that the children's meals were mediocre, with deep-fried items left out in tureens.

Warm welcome with a complimentary drink. The food was exceptional, 7 courses beautifully presented and delicious. The location is perfect for skiing as it is close to the slopes and offers a ski bus service. The spa area is gorgeous, with an outdoor pool overlooking mountains and lovely big saunas.
Some rooms might have niggling issues like a smelly toilet or noisy cleaning staff in the morning. The shuttle bus to the ski school only runs for one hour in the morning, so if you don't catch it, be prepared for a long walk up the hill with your ski gear.
